In addition to powering your Customer Interaction Management program, your CIMcloud instance is also your team’s hub for completing the onboarding process. All of the members of your Core Team will be able to follow a proven process based on decades of experience to ensure a successful implementation. Unless you have optionally chosen to engage the CIM Professional Services team to provide additional training or support, the tools and information you need to complete the onboarding process are completely self-service and completely within your control. With the ability to update their progress in the process and have it viewable by the Program Manager, your team will be able to stay accountable and stay on track.
