This CIMcloud Registered Partner Program List (this "Program List") identifies each CIMcloud Registered Partner Program available under the CIMcloud Partner Agreement. Partner may participate in each Program identified below, subject to that Program's own published terms, the CIMcloud Partner Program General Terms & Conditions, and the CIMcloud Partner Agreement.

CIMcloud may update this Program List at any time. Removing a Program from this Program List is treated as CIMcloud's termination of Partner's participation in that Program under Section 8 (Termination) of that Program's terms.
